Appointments and Standard Charges/Rates of The Pure Computing repairs Service

The Pure Computing repair service is available to London based customers, where the works are to be carried out on a London based premises. We currently serve most of the London based addresses, please contact us for your areas eligibility.


    Upon request a Pure Computing representative will visit the clients address at a prearranged time and the customer will be charged the minimum following rates:

    London Home Customers

  • A £20.00 call out charge applies to all jobs, however if work is carried out we will waive the call out charge and only bill the works carried out.
  • London Based Businesses

  • A £30.00 call out charge is applied to all business visits. Business call out fees apply whether the business chooses to commence with works or not. However the business will not be charged the call out fee if we (Pure Computing) are unable to resolve the issue as per our ‘No Fix No Fee policy’ (see Terms and Conditions (3.) for more information.
Pure Computing normal business hours are Monday - Friday 08.00hrs- 18.00hrs.


    Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment Pure Computing requires at least 2 Business hours’ notice. Failure to provide notice within 2 business hours will result in the client being liable for the call out fee.

  • No Fix No Fee Policy

  • The no fix no fee policy only applies to both residential and business customers.
  • If a diagnosis is carried out and the customer wishes not to proceed with Pure Computing carrying out the repairs, the call out charges will still apply.
  • Should our engineer not be able to carry out further work due to the customer not having the appropriate product serial codes or software disks, the customer will still be charged for the amount of time our engineer has been on site up until that point.
  • Should our engineer diagnose a fault with the customers internet service provider, and the internet service provider attempts to deny any fault on their part, the customer will still be charged our standard rates for the engineer’s time on site up until that point.

Student Discount Policy

  • Pure Computing offers a student discount of 10% off of the advertised price on all repair jobs when a valid NUS or student I.D card is produced by the customer. Please note that call out charges are exempt from student discount.

  • 60 Day Gurantee Policy

  • Pure Computing apply a 30 day guarantee on all repair works carried out. This does not cover damage not related to works carried out by us or any new faults or damages that may occur after the repair. Any misuse of products or not following the manufacturers’ guidelines will result in all guarantees becoming null and void.

  • Payment

    The Customer will pay Pure Computing the amount stated on the invoice/work report at the time the Pure Computing engineer attends the Customer's premises. A Pure Computing engineer will attend the Customer's premises for the period agreed by the Customer prior to or at the commencement of the appointment. The Pure Computing engineer will endeavour to diagnose and/or remedy the problem(s) described by the Customer at the commencement of the appointment. If the problem(s) has not been remedied at the end of the first hour of the Pure Computing engineers’ attendance, our engineer will discuss with the Customer the options available. The Customer may ask our engineer to continue working on the problem(s) or make a further appointment. The Customer may terminate the appointment at any time. On termination the Customer will pay Pure Computing the amount incurred in respect of any additional time, if any, beyond the first hour's attendance. Payment is to be made via cash or card. Cards accepted are Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard, Delta or Solo. In the event of non-payment or default the customer will be subject to a charge of 15% interest on the charge of the works carried out per month from the date of the invoice up to and including that date full payment is received. WE DO NOT ACCEPT CHEQUES OR AMERICAN EXPRESS AS A FORM OF PAYMENT.


    Liabilities

    Pure Computing apply a 30 day guarantee on all repair works carried out. This does not cover damage not related to works carried out by us or any new faults or damages that may occur after the repair. Any misuse of products or not following the manufacturers’ guidelines will result in all guarantees becoming null and void.

    Pure Computing accepts no liability in respect of any problem(s) it may not remedy due to any matter beyond its control including but not limited to the age, specification or condition of the Customer's hardware or software, Customer's failure to provide appropriate software discs, drivers or product serial numbers or any fault with the Customer's Internet Service Provider. In this instance the customer will still be subject to our standard charges for time spent on the premises.

    The Customer hereby confirms that a full back-up of the Customer's hard-drive has been made prior to Pure Computing commencing the services and that there is no legal restriction or impediment to Pure Computing providing services to the Customer.

    Under no circumstances shall Pure Computing be liable either in contract, tort or otherwise, to the Customer, its employees, agents, or any third party, for any injury or damages, including without limitation, any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages, expenses, costs, profits, lost savings or earnings, interruption to business activity, lost or corrupted data, or other liability arising out of, or related to the services provided by Pure Computing or out of the installation, de-installation, use of, or inability to use the Customer's computer equipment, hardware, software or peripherals. The Customer will, upon demand, indemnify Pure Computing in respect of any loss, damage or injury arising from the provision of the services. For the avoidance of doubt Pure Computing has no liability for Customer data lost or damage incurred in any circumstances whatsoever.

    Complaints Policy

    In the event of any dissatisfaction with the service provided by Pure Computing, the Customer should immediately contact us on 07727-162-788. Pure Computing will make schedule an appointment for one of our engineers to return to rectify the problem. If the cause of the dissatisfaction was due to a matter beyond the control of Pure Computing, the Customer shall pay for the additional time incurred at our standard rates. If the problem arose directly as a result of Pure Computing's previous work no further charge shall be made.
